| Are you looking for ways to get more involved with CASA
of Los Angeles? Whether you have lots of time or little time
to contribute, whether you want to work directly with a child
in need or would rather help with social events, we have a
volunteer opportunity that is the right fit for you. There
are many types of volunteer opportunities at CASA of Los Angeles!
- Court Appointed
Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers are the reason
we exist. CASA volunteers make a difference in
the lives of foster children, one child at a time, by ensuring
they receive the support and help they deserve. CASA volunteers
are trained and then appointed by a judge to advocate on
behalf of a child in foster care in both the courtroom and
the community.
- CASA Board of Directors
members meet frequently to provide fiduciary oversight and
fundraising support for CASA.
- CASA Honorary Advisory Board members
provide support and assistance to the Board of Directors
in developing community awareness about CASA of Los Angeles.
